How to Convert Jazz/Warid Prepaid to Postpaid

Fill out a request form at your nearest Jazz Franchise/Customer Service Center. Attach a copy of your CNIC and submit a security deposit. You will be requested to utilize all your prepaid balance as you will not be able to use/transfer it once it is converted to postpaid.

Visit our nearest Jazz office/ franchise with your CNIC & biometric verification is required. You need to clear your outstanding dues (if any).

How to Convert Telenor Prepaid to Postpaid

You have to visit the nearest franchise along with the following credentials.

Original CNIC & Copy of original CNIC
Security Deposit as per Price Plan (only smart series information will be sent)
Pre to Post Migration Charges at the franchise is Rs. 100
The minimum security deposit is 1200

Telenor Postpaid to Prepaid

Please visit the Telenor office with the Original CNIC (Number must be on the customer’s name) You have to clear the outstanding amount. Migration Charges from Postpaid to Prepaid are Rs. 100

The number should be in an Active state since it was installed for 90 days in total (consecutive or partial).

How to Convert Ufone Prepaid to Postpaid

Please note that the number should be registered in your name and the network change request can be taken after 60 days of new SIM activation or ownership change, for a hassle-free Port-In you may contact 03312361236 helplines. You can also visit the nearest Ufone Service Center or Franchise with your original valid CNIC and active SIM.

Moreover, From Prepaid to Postpay conversion, please consume all balance of your SIM before request; submit security deposit as per package, conversion charges are 0. You can convert your Prepaid number to Postpay by visiting our nearest Ufone Business Center/Franchise along with your original valid CNIC and active Ufone SIM.

Ufone Postpaid to Prepaid

From Postpay to Prepaid conversion, SIM must be in use for 90 days (New Sale). 30 days should be passed since International Roaming service deactivation. Dues must be below 60% of credit limit, charges are Rs. 200. Please visit Ufone nearest Service Center or Franchise with your original valid CNIC and active Ufone SIM. Deposit refund time is 4 working days for balance adjustment in Prepaid account while 15 working days are required for pay order.

How to Convert Zong Prepaid to Postpaid

There is 90 days restriction on migration if any customer migrated from postpaid to prepaid and vice versa. However, the first conversion from prepaid to postpaid or postpaid to prepaid will not have any restriction but 2nd conversion will have a restriction of 90 days.

Please be informed that currently if MCA is active on prepaid tariff and the customer is converting into postpaid tariff it will give an error, ‘’for all prepaid customers who want to change the package into postpaid, they need to deactivate MCA before migrating into Postpaid package’’.It will take 15 minutes to convert on Postpaid.
To convert SIM on Prepaid, kindly visit Zong CSC along with Post-paid Active SIM and original CNIC. Conversion charges are Rs. 200 + Tax.
